The first location opened in 2014 as part of a family-run venture that grew across Vancouver Island. While seasons have changed, our heart remains the same: to offer premium olive oils, barrel-aged balsamic vinegars, and pantry staples that elevate the everyday.
Now lovingly owned and operated by daughter Chelsea Girardin, Pressed for Vine is entering a new chapter. Relaunching with fresh energy, modern spirit, and a deep respect for the legacy that inspired it, she’s reimagining the space as both a neighbourhood staple and a lifestyle experience.
