At Pressed for Vine, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and pantry items, all sales are considered final.
However, we understand that things happen. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you believe there's an issue with the product you've received, please contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- You must notify us within 7 days.
- In some cases, we may request a photo of the item or packaging.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products unless there is a verified quality issue.
