Our new harvest comes from olives pressed and harvested in Chile & Peru these oils offer intense fruitiness, bold pepperiness, and exceptional polyphenol richness.

For peak flavour and nutrition, our UP Extra Virgin Olive Oils are from olives harvested while very green and then pressed within two hours or less from the time of harvest.
