Northern Hemisphere EVOOs

Every oil in this collection comes from a single olive variety, and cold-pressed within two hours or less from harvest.

Each includes a full chemistry panel — our way of showing you exactly what's inside. High polyphenols mean more antioxidants and a longer shelf life. Low free fatty acids and peroxide values confirm the oil was handled with care from grove to bottle. We believe you deserve to know what you're cooking with.
