The Blenheim Apricot variety is both sweet and tart with an intensely floral aroma of honeysuckle flowers. We’ve married the lovely floral characteristics of this apricot with our Ultra Premium White Balsamic Condimento. The resulting collaboration is bright, clean and absolutely delicious! Great with grilled chicken/poultry, pork, in sparkling water as a spritzer, as a glaze, served with cheese, for dressing cut up fruit, in marinades and dressings. Pairs fantastically with Roasted Walnut Oil or any of our EVOOs.
Our Aged White Balsamic Vinegars are made in Modena, Italy using Ultra Premium grape must from Trebbiano & Lambrusco grapes. The must is not caramelized & the vinegar is aged in New wood barrels (which have not been fired on the inside) using the age old Solera Method. The result is a bit more acidic with a crisp, clean taste & a lighter colour.
