Our #1 infused flavour… One taste and you’ll know why people are raving about this Canadian sea salt. Using high quality garlic & onions, slowly roasting them to acheive a rich and sweet caramelized characteristic, which is infused into every grain. Perfect to season all meats and veggies. Sprinkle over some pan-fried prawns, sauteed mushrooms or roasted potatoes. Rub it on steak, chicken or pork and finish with some fresh herbs.
