Pressed for Vine Presents: An Evening of Extraordinary Olive Oil

Join us after hours at Pressed for Vine for an intimate, interactive evening dedicated to extraordinary extra virgin olive oil.

Local olive oil sommelier and cookbook author Emily Lycopolus will guide us through a professional EVOO tasting using IOC tasting glasses, sharing how to recognize quality, freshness, fruitiness, bitterness and what makes Pressed for Vine's
EVOO so special.

Once we’ve tasted the oils with fresh palates, we’ll move into food pairings featuring a selection of Pressed for Vine favourites and a few specially prepared accompaniments. Along the way, Emily will discuss infused oils, share how balsamic is made and why EVOO and balsamic work so beautifully together.

There will also be plenty of time for questions, conversation and after-hours shopping.

Your ticket includes the guided EVOO tasting, food pairings and an evening of tasting, learning and discovering new ways to enjoy olive oil and balsamic at home.

Event guests will also receive a special shopping offer only available on the night of the event.

Space is limited to just 12 guests to keep the evening relaxed and interactive.

Please note: this will be a primarily standing tasting event, with limited seating available for guests who require it.
