Rustichella d'Abruzzo Bucatini are thick, hollow spaghetti-like strands of bronze-die extruded durum wheat semolina pasta, slow-dried at low temperatures. The hollow centre soaks up sauce from the inside out — a Roman classic. Made in Abruzzo, Italy.
